Recipe: Rolled Oatmeal Cookies


We love oatmeal cookies.  Usually around Valentine's Day, I make sugar cookies using this sugar cookie recipe.  This year, we're making rolled oatmeal cookies instead. 

These are great because they are healthy and easy to make.

    These were delicious! However, I added a tablespoon of peanut butter for a little protein. Thanks for the great recipe!
